Dated entries

The newest entries come first. When a rule, a fee or a status changes, we add a line here with the date and what changed on the page concerned.

  • 19 October 2026. First version of the site. Rule texts read on official sites the same day: SAMR Order No. 32 Article 21, SAMR Order No. 56 Articles 16, 17, 19, 20 and 21, the 2026 internet platform price rules Articles 10, 18 and 19, Article 6a of Directive 98/6/EC and the Commission guidance of December 2021, the CMA principles of August 2024 and open letter of March 2023, and the trading standards pricing guidance reviewed in April 2026.
  • 19 October 2026. Mulebuy checked: both its web addresses returned a Cloudflare 522 page. Its Discord server and its listed Telegram group were still open. No Mulebuy statement found.
  • 19 October 2026. Agent fee pages read for LoongBuy, Kakobuy, CSSBuy and OOTDBuy. OOTDBuy’s fee statement now sets an 8% to 15% platform service fee on goods and on shipping; a copy of the same page from early September 2026 had listed no service fee.
  • 19 October 2026. We could not read the current price note on Taobao, Tmall or JD item pages (sign-in or traffic-control pages), so the site describes what the note usually covers rather than quoting it.
  • 19 October 2026. All catalogue shelf links opened and working.

22 October 2026 — Buying decisions and evidence reviewed

Expanded the existing buying guide with payment, QC, return, storage, shipping and support branches. Removed repeated text-card illustrations while retaining useful diagrams and historical official interface images. Added dated, bounded public-community examples; the original six-step sequence and its visible pending/overdue states remain intact.
